I like to record life in words, rarely focusing on facts—that's irrelevant—but I record and respect feelings.
Life is never easy; childhood brings trauma, adolescence brings pressure, adulthood brings mediocrity, and failures are more common in our struggles. The paths we take to achieve are winding and uncertain, and we never know when they will be realized—these are all minor matters.
What matters is your feeling. I admire those with profound feelings and rich inner lives. Recording itself is a form of arrival, a contrast between a life of suffering and inner peace.
Some say I've never seen my own absurdity; perhaps you've never seen me clearly. Mocking others' wounds stems from a lack of depth in life, a focus on outward appearances, comparisons, smugness, or inferiority, to the point of forgetting one's own heart.
Some people never pay attention to their own feelings; all dissatisfaction turns to resentment, their hearts filthy, filled with worldly concerns. Many are power-hungry and domineering, many are mean-spirited, and many don't treat others as human beings in their own little world.
They lack the capacity for love, and know nothing of care. Many men and women wear masks: masks of kindness, masks of authority, or masks of diligence and obedience.
Are you happy? Are you angry? Are you sad? Do you have expectations? Do you feel disgust? Then speak out, write it down.
Don't end up a numb, indiscriminate, and emotionally unstable person.
Do you like cruelty? Do you enjoy solitude? Do you despise? Are you free? Do you believe in human relationships? Do you want to know the truth? Do you like the universe? Do you like nature? If you do, then you are not afraid of attacks.
The common moral principles are: endure hardship, persevere, only through hardship can one rise above others, take responsibility… Many people pretend to be good people, persevere, work hard, and take responsibility, but actually it's because living like this is easier than having ideas and actions. Selflessness, dedication, and prioritizing the collective are actually for personal gain after promotion, being domineering… living a schizophrenic life, young people may secretly mock it while knowing the benefits of such a life, but soon they too will become schizophrenic.
Why so many grievances? Respect your own feelings, and all those questions and excuses, just write them down. Your willingness is the biggest reason. There is no price to pay. Nothing is more foolish than turning a living, breathing person into a walking corpse and then telling your child that you should live like that too, and even hoping that the child will succeed.
