" A person without manners, what is the point of living? "
—Epigraph.
"Why don't you flush the toilet after you use it?
" "It's not my house, why should I flush it for someone else?"
"How can you be like this?"
"I just don't want to flush, what can you do about it? Besides, if I flushed it, what would we need cleaning staff for?"
After hearing this conversation, I really wanted to curse.
Flushing the toilet after use is something everyone should do. How can you be so different, and so argumentative, as if not flushing is perfectly justified? Truly, shamelessness knows no bounds.
There are many people like this, taking advantage of the presence of cleaning staff and waiters to do whatever they want. Not clearing tables after eating at restaurants; not flushing the toilet after use; littering on the street, and they even have a whole set of justifications. It's true, there are all kinds of birds in a big forest; I've certainly learned something new.
You say if you clean it up, what would we need cleaning staff or waiters for? Well, what I want to say is, the world doesn't need you, so why are you still alive, wasting resources, wasting air, wasting money?
Yes, they belong to the service industry, but they're not your personal servants. Why should they be bossed around? They're not your mother; why should they serve you? Who do you think you are? Do you think wearing clothes makes you less of a beast? Do you think having a few days of schooling makes you superior? Do you think you're the sun and the whole world revolves around you? Why don't you look in the mirror and see who you really are?
No wonder foreigners say we have poor manners and are ill-mannered; it's all because of people like you. You've supposed to have gone to university and received higher education? Even kindergarten children know to flush the toilet after use and not litter. You don't even understand these basic principles? You're unworthy of being Chinese; you're a disgrace to the Chinese people.
