Religion serves a purpose: it brings peace to the soul, offers value for the afterlife, and is about living towards death. Thus, it provides a sense of belonging. Religion is conceptual, spiritual, simple yet wise. It operates on a different dimension from science. Science and technology bring us closer to equality; everyone has the right to access information and enjoy its fruits, and everyone can hear the truth. However, throughout history, there have always been wise people and extremely foolish ones. Universal truths have value; they give everyone a seed.
Those we dislike, the religious fanatics, are not religious. Our fear that technological progress will destroy humanity is also delusion.
Destruction is not the domain of technology, but of religion. When humanity commits immense sins, destruction will follow. The law of cause and effect is that simple.
